Directions:

Diffusion - 3-6 drops per 50ml water in diffuser of choice.

Topical - Dilute 3-6 drops with 30ml carrier oil or unscented cream base. Do a patch skin test.

Ingestion - Dilute 1-3 drops in 250ml liquid. Add 1-3 drops in food/baked goods.
